By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. The Mobile Service

I provide professional mobile hair dressing services at your requested location. To carry out the service, you must provide:

  • A clear, comfortable area with a chair.

  • Access to a sink with hot and cold running water (for hair washing).

  • Adequate lighting and access to a power outlet for styling tools.

  • A safe, smoke-free environment.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, pets should be kept in a separate room during the treatment area setup.

If a safe and suitable working environment is not available, I reserve the right to refuse or cancel the appointment.

2. Bookings & Deposits

  • Securing Your Appointment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill.

  • Confirmation: Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been sent.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

As a mobile stylist, I organize my daily schedule and travel route around confirmed appointments across Gloucester.

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee. The deposit may be transferred to a future booking.

  • 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the total service fee is payable.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the service fee is payable.

  • If I arrive and cannot access the property, the appointment will be treated as a no-show.

4. Late Availability

I allow a 15-minute grace period. If you are unavailable 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, the appointment may be cancelled and the full service fee will remain payable.

5. Satisfaction & Adjustments

  • No Cash Refunds: Due to the nature of professional hair services, I do not offer cash refunds once a service has been completed and approved.

  • Adjustment Policy: If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact me within 48 hours. I will offer a complimentary adjustment session to ensure the result matches the initial consultation. This does not apply to:

    • Accidental damage or "home-fixes."

    • Change of mind after the initial style was agreed upon.

    • Failure to follow professional aftercare instructions.

6. Health & Safety

  • I cannot perform treatments on scalps with contagious conditions, open wounds, or severe inflammation.

  • Skin Testing: A patch test is mandatory at least 48 hours before any new color service. If I determine it is unsafe to proceed, I reserve the right to refuse service.

  • You must inform me of any allergies or skin sensitivities before treatment begins.

7. Pricing & Payments

Prices may change over time; however, the price confirmed at booking will always be honored. Additional travel charges may apply for:

  • Locations outside my standard service area in Gloucester.

  • Parking fees, congestion, or toll charges.

    All additional fees will be discussed prior to the appointment where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

I will provide services with reasonable care and skill. I am not liable for:

  • Damage resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice.

  • Allergic reactions where allergies or previous chemical treatments were not disclosed.

  • Indirect or consequential losses.

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.

9. Force Majeure

I shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, illness, accidents, or government restrictions.

10. Privacy

I collect your name, address, and contact details solely to manage bookings and provide my services. Personal data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
